Even if a valid will exists, an Inheritance Dispute Claim can be made against the deceased's estate under the Inheritance Act 1975 (Provisions for Family and Dependants) for Inadequate Provision.

To make a claim under the Inheritance Act, the Deceased needs to be domiciled in England and Wales. The question of domicile is complicated; call us and we can discuss whether you may have a claim
